Our story
A structured dojang environment with experienced instructors, clear progression and a welcoming community — from preschoolers and first-time students to teens, adults and experienced martial artists.
Woodbridge Taekwon-Do Inc. was founded in 1982 by Grand Master Cariati with a small group of students. The club has taught Taekwon-Do in Woodbridge and Vaughan for decades and now offers programs for a wide range of ages and goals.
Training takes place at Toronto District Christian High School (TDChristian), 377 Woodbridge Avenue, Woodbridge, ON L4L 2V7. Classes emphasize the five tenets of Taekwon-Do — courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit — alongside practical fitness and self-defence skills.

IX Degree
Founder of Woodbridge Taekwon-Do Inc. (1982). Grand Master Cariati has taught Taekwon-Do in Woodbridge and Vaughan for decades, guiding students from their first class through black belt with an emphasis on the five tenets and lifelong character development.
VII Degree
Senior instructor and coach who works closely with students of all ages. Master Cariati focuses on clear technique, safe progression and the confidence students carry from the dojang into school, work and family life.
