Classes include warm-up, fundamental techniques, patterns (forms), partner drills and character lessons tied to the five tenets of Taekwon-Do.

Safety and equipment
Controlled partner work and clear safety rules. Protective gear is introduced when students are ready for sparring. Instructors supervise closely.
Class times
Classes run Monday–Thursday, 6:00–8:00 PM. Specific kids’ class times are confirmed at booking.

Trial and membership
New students in weekly programs can try one week of classes at no charge. No long-term commitment required to start. Wear comfortable athletic clothing for your first visit; a uniform is not required for the trial week. Tell us the student’s age and we’ll confirm the classes included in the trial week.

Located in Toronto District Christian High School. Enter through the main school entrance used for evening programs. The gym / training area is inside — look for Woodbridge Taekwon-Do signs, or ask at the front desk.
FAQ
Can absolute beginners join?
Yes. Most children start with no prior martial arts experience. The free trial week is designed for newcomers.
What should parents know before the first class?
Arrive a few minutes early, bring water and wear athletic clothing. We will explain class etiquette and how trials work.
