This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal information when you visit our website, contact us, register for classes, or train at our club located at 377 Woodbridge Avenue, Woodbridge, ON L4L 2V7.

We are licensed under the ICTF International Chang-Hon Taekwon-Do Federation (ICTF). Where membership, waivers or federation systems are involved, information may also be processed in connection with ICTF policies and platforms.

By using this website or providing information to us, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit personal information through the site.

2. Jurisdiction

Our primary privacy framework is Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario requirements. Where EU residents interact with us, we also consider GDPR principles. We aim to apply the more protective standard when requirements overlap.

• Program interest, age group and preferred class times
• Messages and inquiry details you choose to send
• Parent/guardian confirmation when an inquiry concerns a child under 18
• Registration, membership, emergency contact, belt and attendance information when you enrol (including through forms we publish later)
• Liability waiver, medical disclosure and consent acknowledgements
• Optional marketing preferences

Please do not submit a child’s full date of birth through the public website contact form. Date of birth and medical details, if required, will be collected through controlled registration / waiver processes.

3.2 Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser/user agent and basic device information
• Pages visited and approximate location derived from IP
• Security and anti-spam signals from Cloudflare Turnstile when the contact form security check is active
• Cookie preferences you choose in our banner (necessary always; analytics and marketing only with consent)

Analytics and advertising tags (for example Google Analytics or Google Ads) are loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz only after you accept the relevant cookie categories. You can change your choice later by clearing site data for this domain and reloading the page.

• Respond to trial, class, schedule, merchandise and membership inquiries
• Register students, place them in programs and manage attendance / progression
• Administer waivers, safety notices and emergency contacts
• Communicate about classes, schedule changes and club operations

• With optional consent only: send occasional updates about classes, schedules and promotions

We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers.

We share information only as needed to operate the club, including:

• ICTF / federation systems when required for membership, ranking, events or affiliated platforms

6. Children

Many of our students are children. Website inquiry forms are intended for parents and guardians. When an inquiry concerns a child under 18, the submitter should be a parent or legal guardian (or have authority to inquire). Parental consent is required for registration of minors. 7. Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for club administration, safety, legal compliance and the purposes described above. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
