Preschool Martial Arts in Woodbridge
Preschool martial arts classes introduce coordination, listening skills, confidence and a positive attitude through age-appropriate Taekwon-Do. Some of our students begin early and progress toward black belt in their pre-teen years.
Ages
Approximately ages 3–5 (confirm fit when you book)
Beginners
Beginner-friendly — no prior experience required.
What happens in class
Classes use simple drills, games and basic stances and kicks suited to young children. Instructors keep the pace encouraging and structured so preschoolers stay engaged while learning respect and focus.

Safety and equipment
Training is non-contact or lightly controlled for this age. Parents should stay nearby as directed by staff. Comfortable athletic clothes are fine for the trial week.

Trial and membership
New students in weekly programs can try one week of classes at no charge. No long-term commitment required to start. Wear comfortable athletic clothing for your first visit; a uniform is not required for the trial week. Tell us the student’s age and we’ll confirm the classes included in the trial week.

Located in Toronto District Christian High School. Enter through the main school entrance used for evening programs. The gym / training area is inside — look for Woodbridge Taekwon-Do signs, or ask at the front desk.
FAQ
Is my preschooler ready?
If your child can follow simple group instructions for short periods, they are often ready to try a class. Book a free trial week to see how they respond.
Do they need a uniform for the first class?
No. Athletic clothing is enough for the trial week. Ask us about uniforms when you enrol.
