Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) form a binding contract between you and Woodbridge Taekwon-Do Inc. governing use of this website, class inquiries, trials, memberships and training at our club. By using the site or participating in club activities, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and do not enrol.

Woodbridge Taekwon-Do Inc. is licensed under the ICTF International Chang-Hon Taekwon-Do Federation. Federation rules may also apply to ranking, events and instructor standards.

2. Eligibility

• Website users should be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law
• Students under 18 require parent or legal guardian consent to register and train
• Instructors may refuse or discontinue participation for safety or conduct reasons

3. Trials, membership & fees

New students in weekly programs can try one week of classes at no charge. No long-term commitment required to start. Wear comfortable athletic clothing for your first visit; a uniform is not required for the trial week. Tell us the student’s age and we’ll confirm the classes included in the trial week.

Membership options vary by age and schedule. Contact us for current pricing and the plan that fits your family. Registration forms are provided after you register.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable except for duplicate charges or clear billing errors. Class schedules may change; we will communicate material changes when practical.

4. Conduct & safety

Students and visitors must follow instructor directions, dojang etiquette and facility rules at Toronto District Christian High School. Martial arts training involves inherent risk. Before training, participants (and parents/guardians of minors) must review and complete the Liability Waiver & Medical Disclosure.

5. Website content

Website content is for general information. Program details, schedules and pricing may change. We may update pages without prior notice. Unauthorized scraping, abuse or attempts to disrupt the site are prohibited.

6. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woodbridge Taekwon-Do Inc., its instructors, staff, affiliates and ICTF are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from website use. Training-related injury risks are addressed in the liability waiver, which controls for participation in physical training.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Venue for disputes is Ontario, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
