Adult classes are held Monday–Thursday evenings, 6:00–8:00 PM.

Trial and membership

New students in weekly programs can try one week of classes at no charge. No long-term commitment required to start. Wear comfortable athletic clothing for your first visit; a uniform is not required for the trial week. Tell us the student’s age and we’ll confirm the classes included in the trial week.

Located in Toronto District Christian High School. Enter through the main school entrance used for evening programs. The gym / training area is inside — look for Woodbridge Taekwon-Do signs, or ask at the front desk.

Am I too old or out of shape to start?

Adults start at many fitness levels. Instructors will help you pace yourself. The free trial week is a low-pressure way to begin.
